It was good to talk – BME: “Our Health, Our conversations”


27th April 2016 saw Leeds Social Care Community Forum Conference at Leeds Civic Hall. This year the conference focussed on conversations about Real Health and Real Experiences. It included a programme of speeches, workshops, information and advice stalls and Q&A sessions on four topics; Dementia, End of Life, Men’s health and BME day services.
