It’s time to celebrate…

This week we’ve been celebrating and recognising the fantastic work that goes on every single day by so many people across the city. We can only highlight a couple of examples in this blog, but we want to say to all of you who work tirelessly to try and improve the lives of others – a HUGE thank you for making a difference to so many lives.

Today we’re celebrating another award winning organisation – the Association of Blind Asians, who has just been awarded The Duke of York’s Community Initiative Award for 2013. Click here to see what Debbani Ghosh, Manager at the Association of Blind Asians had to say about winning this award, and what impact it has had on their organisation.
